What’s the role?

Are you a superstar Talent Acquisition Specialist who would like to join Amigo in our first recruitment and on-boarding role? Through proactive pipelines and strategic sourcing, you’ll help us to find and hire the best and most diverse talent. You’ll be responsible for making sure every potential employee has a seamless and inspiring experience, from the first contact to joining. You will also help to shape our employer brand, draft job descriptions and adverts, screen and shortlist candidates, as well as own and shape our onboarding programme.

We're a small company, currently growing fast, and we have big ambitions. This gives you the opportunity to grow with the company, and so progress quickly in your career. You will report to our Chief Operating Officer.

You’ll be exceptional at building relationships, asking the right questions and discovering what motivates people. You’ll become an expert on our business and culture so that you can find perfect matches for the roles we require. You’re highly organised, conscientious and literate. You're fun to work with and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be able to use your creativity to overcome tricky hiring challenges and be well-versed in using digital channels to find amazing talent. You're happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into whatever requires your skills.

Requirements

Relevant recruitment experience in-house or in an agency would be of great benefit, as would experience of working with a range of sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn. However, we are interested in you personally, and not just your skills and experience.
