Salary: £30,000 to 34,000 (full time equivalent)

Hours: 37.5 hours/week

What is the role?

This is a primarily internal-facing role. Our RevOps team is the oil in our engine, providing execution support for all of our commercial activities, including Marketing, Sales, Account Management and Delivery. You will be the interface between these teams, making sure that priorities, processes and deliveries align to allow us to deliver consistently for our clients. You will be involved in creating and implementing streamlined processes to improve our customer experience and provide operational efficiency. You will have a strong organisational background and proven project management experience. You will report to our Head of Revenue Operations.

Application Process

1. Informal interview, usually over coffee this is for you to find out about Amigo and us to find out more about you.

2. Skills test. We will ask you to show evidence of your skills in a relevant area.

3. If these go well we will invite you to work with us for a day so that we can see how you fit in, and you can get a real feel for what your job would be like. You will be paid for your time. If you are already in full or part-time employment/education or are not currently in Birmingham we’ll work with you to find the best way to manage this. We call this “date before you marry”.

  • We are a technology business. You must be comfortable dealing with technical people and working with all the tools required to run a modern, digital, paper-free business
  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
  • Flexible and calm in a fast-paced working environment
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent written skills
  • Background in event management would be a bonus.
