Who are we?

Amigo is a technology company based in Birmingham and London. Amigo is disrupting the digital transformation industry. We use our unique technology to help global companies transform better. What is the role?

We are looking for someone to join us as an Internal Solutions Architect to sit between the team using our proprietary technology and the team that is creating it. The problem space is the superset of all our Clients' web-based transformation challenges (!) and the solutions space is Amigo's philosophy, technology and methodologies. The goal is two-fold: (i) to ensure the idiomatic use of our technology and application of our philosophy and methodologies, and (ii) to use the lessons from the frontline to inform the core platform agenda. This role would involve working directly with our CTO (who is currently filling the role) and would have a wide-ranging remit.

Application Process

1. Informal chat (either in person or remote) this is for you to find out about Amigo and us to find out more about you.

2. Skills test. We will ask you to show evidence of your skills in a relevant area.

3. If these go well we will invite you to work with us for a day so that we can see how you fit in, and you can get a real feel for what your job would be like. You will be paid for your time. If you are already in full or part-time employment/education or are not currently in Birmingham we’ll work with you to find the best way to manage this. We call this “date before you marry”.
