Salary: £35k-£38k depending on experience

Our Finance Manager is a key member of the team that keeps the wheels turning. This role includes working across finance, HR and legal and compliance. We're a small company, currently growing fast, and we have big ambitions. This gives you the opportunity to grow with the company, and so progress quickly in your career.

Who are we looking for?

You are highly organised, conscientious and numerate. You're fun to work with. You are able to manage other people positively. You're happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in to whatever requires your skills. You are a whizz with a spreadsheet! Comfortable with advanced formulas, pivot tables and spreadsheet modelling.

As our Finance Manager you will work across 3 key operational areas:

  • Finance - including managing our outsourced bookkeeping and accountancy, working on financial reporting and forecasting, running payroll etc.
  • People - including managing our recruitment and onboarding processes etc.
  • Legal & Compliance - including managing our information security management service, data compliance etc.

A relevant qualification or prior experience in finance would be of great benefit. However, we are interested in your characteristics and not just your skills and experience.
