Hours: 37.5 hours/week

What is the role?

This is a hands-on analytical role in our Revenue Operations (“RevOps”) team. This team underpins all of the commercial activity of the business. You will be working with internal and external data. You will have scope to make an impact; your fresh perspective on our data, and your analysis and recommendations will directly influence our decisions and business strategy. You will be handling a wide range of metrics and data types. In a given day you could be considering developer productivity, project effectiveness, revenue impact, session speeds etc.


  • Help define, monitor and maintain KPIs across the business.

  • Generate, configure and maintain internal and external reports and dashboards.

  • Create templated reports that can be used by other team members.

  • Relate our data to external research and other sources.

  • Generate insights through exploratory analysis.

2. Skills test. We will ask you to show evidence of your skills in a relevant area.

3. If these go well we will invite you to work with us for a day so that we can see how you fit in, and you can get a real feel for what your job would be like. You will be paid for your time. If you are already in full or part-time employment/education or are not currently in Birmingham we’ll work with you to find the best way to manage this.
